TraceX

Priced on the hand-off.

A hand-off is a custody transfer that is simultaneously a traceability event and a financial event — the one thing TraceX does that nothing else does. Plans band on monthly hand-offs; the chain operator pays, and everyone they invite transacts free in their chain. All prices AUD/month ex-GST.

On every tier — including Pilot

  • Unlimited counterparties — invited partners transact free in your chain
  • Unlimited serialized units + consumer QR verify on every paid tier
  • Maker-checker payables and the append-only audit log
  • Open exports — GS1 EPCIS 2.0 + Peppol UBL
  • Full workspace export — every record plus the audit log and its hash chain, and it still works after a trial ends

Where the ladder steps up

  • Recall tooling — forward/back trace and cohort recall — at Chain and above.
  • API + embed access at Chain and above (Operator is the in-app product).
  • ○ SSO and an SLA at Network and above — on the sheet, not yet built. We would rather say so here than sell it twice.
  • Counterparties you invite are free — no seat, no per-party charge, no expiry. They pay only if they later want something of their own: their own chain, or their own workspace over their own data.
  • Participant+ — a counterparty's own insights and its own compliance export, A$99/mo ex-GST, flat per organisation — never per hand-off, per seat or per chain. Scope today is the chain it is in; the cross-chain view is on the sheet, not yet built (no join key exists), and when it lands, other chains attach to the same subscription — never a second charge.

What the band actually does. Pilot's 25 hand-offs a month is a hard cap — the next shipment is refused, and nothing you have already recorded is touched. On paid tiers, going over the band is never blocked: overage is the per-shipment rate above, which we would invoice.TraceX does not meter your usage automatically, so no overage is ever charged without an invoice you can see first.

Consumer verify is always free. Scanning a product QR at /verify/<serial> is public and unauthenticated on every plan — provenance is the trust surface, never a paywall.
